How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping for all our in house items.

How long will shipping take?
Our products are always in high demand and stock is often limited, so please allow up to 5 days for dispatch. Our free shipping option usually take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the product.
Separate Packages
In order to serve & spoil you with the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. This means your order may be packaged or sent in separate parcels, via different couriers. These separate deliveries may have different tracking numbers, or arrive on different days.

 

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping but will ship internationally in the near future. 

Can I track My order?
Yes, when your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information, and from there you can track the status of your order until delivery. 

 

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept credit or debit cards, American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal. 

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped, just email us at orders@spoiledstore.com. 

I am not happy with what I ordered, can I return my item?
We hope you love every product you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your order, you can exchange or return your product within 15 days of receiving it.  All items must be in its original packaging and in perfect unused condition.  We do not offer exchange or refunds on sale items. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

How do I make a return?
